I was at the end of a ten year career leading recruitment at Starbucks. The economy was collapsing. I had small kids, had moved across the country and wondered - what did I want my life and career to look like and how could I get there while still knowing I had bills to pay and mouths to feed?
What started as a process to support my own personal “pivot” has grown into a well-oiled, coaching approach for 100s of mid-career professionals. My coaching style is a blend of my executive coaching, recruitment expertise and my direct training with Brené Brown in her research Dare to Lead™.

How we’ll work together
After we do an initial intake, I’ll customize an engagement with you specifically in mind. You’ll receive ten, one-hour career coaching sessions conducted in flexible 1-2 week increments over the course of 2 to 3 months. My proven process includes assessments and homework between sessions. We’ll meet virtually via Zoom. Package includes unlimited text support throughout our engagement.

You’ll discover where you are both performing at your best and most fulfilled. The cross-section of proficiency and passion. You’ll also define all of your requirements for your life and work - from salary to industry to culture.
2 DESIGN
Now that you’ve become clear about the work you want to do, your requirements and the ideal environment, it’s time to design a succinct “career brief.” This will be your guiding source your actions whether your researching, networking, or interviewing.
3 ACT
You're ready to work your plan. I'll offer just-in-time coaching as well as regular touch bases to support you as you carry out your plan to your next great adventure!
